CBR and the importance of 320s when using MP3s. Abridged.

Exhibit A


As Exhibit A shows we experience a severe loss of high frequencies (14K and above) when using 128s. Basically your highs are suffering, well, actually they are disappearing and that is simply awful. Basically, you only get to hear some parts of which were intended to hear.

Lossless is the above the cutoff point of 20k which is the highest human hearing range goes. It's basically to serve acurate sound reproduction more so than anything else.

PS: Correct me if I'm wrong on any of this. Self-thought on everything x.x
PPS: Your song sounds so much better w/ 320 on my headset :>

yup was going with experimental but decided to switch it up; essentially they are the same thing just no one uses avant-garde to describe electronica for some reason (mainly rock / metal) :<

You know, it would be pretty cool if there were charts created for each of the songs and put onto FFR, as a celebration of the FFR Label. Kind of like how they did with the bass-type label.
This is merely a thought, though.

I make up words and call them genres too. My new style is Bobo. Hard bobo, break bobo. bobostep, and my personal favorite "bobotron"
