Parents took the car for a week, so I'm stuck indoors until friends with cars get off work, meaning that I'll probably be spending a fair amount of time on FFR/SM.

Ok, here's a real one.

As I see you from your video, you seem to get pissed off way too often.

Try to manage your anger and you'll screw up much less lol

Try to keep mute when you are playing. No swear words, shouts, freakouts, or murmurs.

If you think you're good, then you won't be able to find yourself to improve. If you think you're bad, and confident at getting better you'll get a strive to push your hardest.
