There are 35 songs with 12/31/1969 for the release date. Obviously an error -- but this date is right before the UNIX Epoch (January 1, 1970).

It's also worth noting that the longest song you can have under the current FFR engine is 8:53, because Flash has a 16k frame limit and the game operates at 30 FPS.

Free Space (FFR Edit) has 11,291 AAA's -- almost double that of the second place contender, Excite Bike -- which comes in at 7,814 AAA's.

The file with the most players is Trip to the Moon (Club Remix) at 626,048.

There are currently 7 file-completions on Vertex BETA vrofl. This file is also the only file where the max possible score breaks the 7 million barrier -- but only barely. It's also the only file in the game that still has 0-framers (about 5, iirc) -- and, strangely enough, they are NOT in the Wall of Death, but near the start of the level after the hand-steps and halfway into the opening dumpstream. However, at this point in the level, you're usually mashing so you don't notice them.

La Campanella has the fewest FC's out of any other public song (58).

Do you have a version that categorizes everything by name+difficulty? (similar to the FFR ingame list when you press Difficulty)

Thanks alot! This is really resourceful! What are you going to do with the spreadsheet when new songs are up?

And you can categorize it in terms of difficulty by highlighting that column, click data, then sort. It'll ask you if you want to sort just the difficulty or everything else (w/e the expand option is). Click the expand option and everything will be sorted for you :)

MrRubix, this is amazing. Does this auto-update with the FFR database? You couldn't have inputted this all manually. Either way it is a monumental effort and will be much appreciated by the FFR community. I did a similar project a few years ago with inputting the songs and details into an Excel spreadsheet so I could better track my AAAs and FCs. However my hard disk got wiped and I lost all of that. :/

For anyone else interested in using the database for score tracking, I added a few things to the sheet (attached to this post). I sorted by difficulty and then by highest number of FCs, as I think this better tracks the true difficulty of a song. Each song *should* be slightly harder than the song before it, but this trend is inaccurate when you consider new or rare songs with less overall plays.

I added the obvious columns for timing denominations and total combo. For convenience I added some formulas that compute whether the score for a song is an AAA, FC or neither. When an AAA or FC is accomplished the cell turns yellow for visual appeal. Totals of AAA, FC and timing denominations are at the very bottom of the sheet.

Wait. You AAA'd Death Piano? Like all perfects? Look, I know you're 'legit', and I've never doubted you or got in those arguments, but AAA'ing DP is more than I can believe, I still don't think that's physically possible. I am going to doubt you on that score, even if it's legit, nothing against you, it's more I can't believe myself because I 100% convinced myself no one would ever AAA that. Wow. Mr. Rubix, you are god, and though it may be legit, I just can't say it is...sorry, it's me, not you.

I just used Excel to import all the data. These statistics could easily be represented on a massive stat page server-side with a bit more ease, but I digress.

Pretty cool. Any chance you want to compile all of the information on songs that are no longer in the game? I think that is the only thing that is really missing from this list.
