mmm, too bad new stepartists are limited to 2 stepfiles per batch..

..guess I'll just have to and get [++] [++] so I can send some more next batch ._.

I think it's because, since there was a good amount of down time, there were probably some people already finished stepping stuff and were just waiting for the batch to reopen.

Pretty much this.

I think the newer stepartist cap would be sexier at 3, but completely understandable why it's 2 lol.
