It has been brought up many times, and I'll say the same thing: if you have permission from the person or group who created that mp3 you're stepping, then you can step it. Unless otherwise noted, you don't have to ask permission from the original artist of the song. If this was the case, many songs on FFR would break that rule.

how might one go about getting their own music onto FFR ? it wouldn't be for self promotion, but is there anyone who can step an mp3 for me and submit it possibly for a chance to get onto the game? :O

learning to step simfiles and working to get your own in game would be more rewarding :D

That way you can get both the Music Producer and Simfile Arist title :p
