The top division always has lots of AAAs. The top players are ridiculously good at this game.
You have to go seriously into "Brutality Tournament" territory to change that- look at my tournament, the first 3 rounds were all mid-high FGOs and they all had AAAs not only in the top division, but the division below that too!

Okay so there was a lot of shifting around with division stuff (especially the lower divisions) Hopefully we're good now. If there is an issue with anyone's placement please pm or IM instead of arguing in the thread. Thank you.
