Also retiring from FFR (for a while)

There's not a lot of activity here, and what activity there is, is dying down, though the staff are doing their very best to make sure that's not the case.
New songs don't excite me as much as they did 1-2 years ago, and overall I'm burning out from everything on this site.
The community is pretty cool, but I simply don't have the time nor interest to contribute.

I know I'm also disliked (possibly an exaggeration) by a fair share of the members here due to certain interactions with them.
If you're wondering why I haven't been on Skype at all over the past week, this is why.
All I can make are dumb jokes etc., but that ties back into the lack of interest to talk about anything more.

As for the game itself, it gets monotonous playing the same 70+'s over and over again, though I guess that's the price one must pay for centralization.
SM would be a good alternative but quickly gets frustrating due to the accuracy/speed needed for a good score, which I'm not motivated enough to improve.

I'll most likely be back in a few weeks to months.

I didn't know you had problems in the community. I thought you were well liked.
Well anyway, I think you're a cool guy. You don't talk much, but you've always been chill. I hope to see you around here real soon.

Considering how small the community is, being around is already quite a contribution.

Maybe he feels like people don't like him even though people don't. Judging by his post, I really think he's just being hard on himself.

Edit: Sometimes taking a few weeks break from FFR is good.
