Am I using the wrong version? I'm using the windows 10 bedrock one, not the java one.

Windows 10 bedrock won't let you connect to the server. If you'd like, I have an alt you could use until you can get your hands on a copy of the Java edition.

The server is on the latest release, so 1.13.2 of java edition. The new update coming looks really cool (1.14) so I'll probably move it to that when the time comes :)

So should I make a new map and get the server going again? Lol. Having the dedicated server running on my main PC has its downsides, but I'd do it if you really wanted it :3

I can host the server tbh, my computer is always on and I don't have any data caps and it doesn't really affect me

I'd rather start fresh, as inconvenient as it sounds to people who did a lot on the world already.
