I have played quite a bit of live with blind. I feel like I understand his personality fairly well and that bewilderment that I mentioned is something that I think is very real from him. Haku I didn't remember existed but apparently I've played with him (sry again). From what I can gather he seems very obsessed with his own play and how people see him and players like that tend to care about their own appearance care about their partners appearance as well so I feel like I have a decent idea of how he would react in that situation. It's less that I know their individual playstyle and more that I know how stereotypes of people play and I can fit Haku into one of thoes stereotypes

It doesn't mean that DBP has to be town but it certainly buys him town points

of course haku and blind are capable of having a genuine interaction as any alignment but I find that to be the least likely way that interaction would play out. There are a lot of things that would stop the interaction from playing out normally that I have laid out and that's enough for me to think they are town with a fair amount of confidence

i think you're vastly oversimplifying things for your own benefit. If I thought TWG was so easy i could solve people just by finding interactions that sounded "natural" and clearing them for it, i would have quit in boredom a long time ago.

having been on the receiving end of many of these "benefit of the doubt" clearings as a wolf, im urging you for your own benefit to not play such a simple game.

I really need to go to bed so go ahead and ask me anything else you feel necessary but I'm not going to respond right now

I think that looking for a shortcut to clear people and PoE to a manageable pool of suspects early d0 will set you up to fail later down the line especially if your incapable of resetting and pivoting away from your early reads

I don't want to believe that tiloco knows how I play to this point. I feel like the goal behind what he's saying has nothing to do with me.

That's just a gut feeling tho.

the reasoning behind the read is so simple and fragile. even d0 i wouldn't bank on it. Even if its right it builds a bad foundation and invites you to get burned later doing the same thing.

TO CLARIFY IM NOT SAYING GETTING READS FROM INTERACTIONS IS BAD.

im saying getting a read from THAT interaction is bad.

MY GAMEPLAN:

Avoid typical d0 mislynch by keeping my options open and not following consensus voting trends and popular lynch "canidates"

9/10 the consensus scum pick d0 will be town.

Re: TWG CLXVII Game Thread How Was Awakening Reviewed

i mean do i like my odds of hitting a wolf d0? no.

but better to keep options open where people feel like they need to contribute to ensuring their own non-guaranteed survival than having a few picks for who will die and watch as half the players drop off the face of the earth after casting a vote.

just cannot even agree with any of this.

i literally came off a game where i gotby fabricating reactions to someone's erratic play and getting townread for it.

I believe that most players here are of equal skill or better than me, so i refuse to believe they are incapable of doing the same thing.

your living in fantasyland dude, time to wake up

Completely, unacceptably lazy play.

Just want to point out that try-harding with a huge readslist like MML has done so early in the game is usually more wolfy than not... just my two cents. Many of the people he included in the list are just null to him so why even include them? I always do a big reads list like that as a wolf

come in, throw shade, leave.

not a serious ding against mello so far, but if its indicative of a pattern i will be very unhappy
