What happened to Beethoven Virus?

I found a song called v1 I can unlock if I get a certain amount of perfects on 'Beethoven Virus'. So I search up the song and....It's not there!

Was it removed? Do you guys know what's going on?

I'm pretty sure legacy songs need to be turned on in the options menu.

To further clarify, it's in the options-enabled-only Legacy genre because the file is a relic from way back when all arrows were blue (and standards were a lot lower, though Beethoven Virus is kind of an exception because it totally holds up today as a good file).
