FFR 6-key Prototype Files

Recently, I've been advocating 6 key play, and trying to get FFR to pick it up. Fortunately, I managed to find someone (actually he found me, but whatever) to make a few demo files. Then I decided, "Hey, let's make some more charts and let the public play them!"

And here we are.

4. ADD MORE FILES! =D

FAQ:

Q: WOW DUDE GREAT JOB!
A: Remember, this wasn't my work. All these demos are credited to bLasTamos.

Q: Where did all these files come from?
A: These are just StepMania released, converted directly, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Where can I learn how to step 6-key files?
A: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=95699

Q: Why are all the files offsync?
A: We were almost sure that we had fixed the sync problem, but unfortunately a select few still have problems with it. We are very sorry, but there's nothing we can do at the moment.

Q: Can you upload [file]?
A: I'll upload whatever I feel like, but feel free to make suggestions. Don't be disappointed if I disagree though, because chances are I will.

Q: Can you make [noteskin]?
A: Not main priority right now, but soon you'll be able to choose a noteskin from the settings menu.

Q: Why do all the files lag? / Why are all of the files choppy?
A: I am sorry we couldn't fix this, but this is just a demo. We already tweaked out all the bugs, and we really don't feel like optimizing it anymore. My suggestion would be to at least try lowering the quality by right-clicking the screen.

Feel free to post your scores hehe.

wow, great job man. Besides the difficulty, I like this better then solo since the diagonal arrows are on the end, I get less confused.

If this doesnt get put onto FFR, you should just add more to this one. :)

Once again, great work on this.

Okay, cool. I'll keep checking back here. Update the OP if there's a downscroll. It looks really fun from what I can get through. X)

Re: FFR 6-key Prototype Files

What! Stargroup did something useful? Truly a great job, even though there are heaps of bugs currently.

And while yes, 6 arrow FFR really does need to happen, considering all patterns with only 4 arrows have been used and reused and rereused hundreds of times, FFR just can't change to 6 player, as much as it should.

Also, I can't decide if having that arrow layout is the smart choice or not. I could see how it'd help people who're accustomed to 4 arrows, but it's different than the SM layout.

You get this going good star and by Thor's mighty hammer I will return to the land of solo and renew my once mediocre abilities at it only to thrive in it's desolate lands again... what? Good job man, keep it up and I'll come back to FFR. :D

Yeah, this type of thing would definitely get me back to playing FFR. As long as they don't make every other song a jacky piece of rubbish. =)
