That's right! In this tournament, only Amazings count towards your score! Call it MA or AA or whatever you wish, but here, only the best accuracy counts. Your score each round will be your Amazing count on the selected song for the round.

unfortunately, at a certain point, this becomes "who has the least flash lag" which kinda sucks, and song choice will definitely factor into how easy it'll be to AA things, given frame conversions

This reminds me of the idea channel episode I just watched about luck in games. I admit there's some luck in this tournament set up, but from what I've seen, AA has a strong correlation to player skill, but with a small factor of luck to spice it up.

The notion of divisions is scary in this tournament, I can't even quad difficulty 10 files.

I don't expect there to be any quads, but I may be surprised. To start, expect difficulty ranges that should be almost surely AAA's for each division, but not so low as to completely bore a player of that skill.

Is there going to be some sort of ruling where you must post a score within X minutes/hours of it being achieved in order for it to count? Due to the nature of the tournament, people aren't going to be anywhere near snagging perfect scores, and I'd prefer not to give opponents any benchmarks to work against. If there's no ruling on that, I'll more than likely end up saving my submissions until round's end, but I could see people having problems with that.

I'm beginning to think I've taken on more than I can handle if this is what I have to get amazing on.

I'll play some more after work to see if I can do any of the higher ones.

(What's depressing is I have a blackflag on BB Euro and doubt that I could even FC it at the moment).

After grinding Perfect Cherry Storm for about half an hour I kept consistently getting around the 840 area. I got tired of it and decided to do Vertex. Got this on the first try rofl

Legal Details -
