touhou games are all insanely good examples of indie development and a largely fan-driven universe. I can't help but love everything about touhou and how it's so popular.

except playing it, I really don't like playing touhou anymore.

You'd be surprised at the amount of people who are into the series but don't actually play the games much anymore :V

Well maybe when a new game comes out they try it out but after a few days they stop again when the fanart of new characters and etc comes out :V

Yeah it was mentioned last page but the cutie mark crusader episodes and, to a lesser extent, the pilot episodes aren't that great. One or two of the regular episodes are pretty awful too (wassup 'look b4 u sleep')

edit: especially 'show stoppers' that was probably the worst episode they'll ever air. It's so painful because at this point everyone (the main characters, the audience, EVERYONE) knows what their special talent is except for the ambiguously autistic crusaders so that they can keep going on brutally crummy adventures
