i don't have the full version released but the full version's keeping the dense layering since kommisar wanted the density toned down on the short version

Reviews:

Abendrot has some fun holds, felt like it should've used more 1/32nds in place of the 1/24ths, but i'm not complaining about it since it works well enough

I like Area A a lot, it's pretty smooth to play and it's one of my favorite files so far

Axolotl Throttle is really fun on rates, especially stuff like 1.4x and 1.5x. Some of the left hand patterns feel arguably awkward, but they're not really terrible

Battle! Giratina and Drop Out both have some fun mine dodge challenges, the arrows aren't difficult but the mines add that difficulty that makes them unique (the long jacks in drop out are difficult for me though)

Skalman Stage plays like a finely aged file, it actually reminds me of some zaghurim stuff to be honest

If you're not skilled in vibrotrills and you try Cheer's beginner chart, good luck. the minijacks were fairly easy for me bc of how much time i've spent playing kasta sten

My favorite files that i've played so far are Area A and Drop Out, with Axolotl Throttle being a bit behind them

(hit a bomb = rip wife)

Is there gonna be a follow up drama pack because I'm feeling like a real salty drama queen and I want to send like three files to that one because I missed out on this one. :(

There's only like 2 or 3 songs from them that are remotely steppable, and that was one of them. Glad you liked it though!

This is the first time I've heard this from anyone about the chart, I'll double check it in ddream and arrow vortex but I think it's just you.

well if this pack does well enough I don't see why I wouldn't make another pack.

I'd maybe make the guidelines a little different.

it's also out of sync in my stepmania 3.9, because the offset is completely off for some reason ; I think I had to reduce it to -160 milliseconds to get it right. (so really it's no big deal)

kommisar 02-8-2017 06:10 PM

Re: Xoon Legacy Pack Released

maybe the offset from the .ssc file differs from the .sm?

the whole issue with song timing and note timing used to be a problem
