I don't see any reason to brush right before a meal, but I do brush right when I wake up because otherwise my mouth tastes icky. I guess that counts as "before breakfast"? These days I rarely eat before lunch though.
I should probably be brushing after every meal as well as the normal two a day, but honestly that does get kinda unwieldy if you don't eat lunch at home. |

I've always done it after because I never liked having aftertaste from food while I'm at school or work. Lmfao.

I brush my teeth when I wake up and eat like 4 or 5 hours later.
