I have difficulty doing well on a song I play over and over as well. What I usually try to do is play files in higher difficulty ranges then drop back down to that file. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. Worth a shot though right?

Yeah, that's what I try to do, but even then there's usually not much change over the course of the day. That said, third try on Fire got it to a blackflag ^.^ And I still have the rest of the week to work on it. I just need to make sure I practice at least a little every day so I don't get worse.

Yeah I do that too. I usually go to Blue Noah and Blue Army as a warm up after warming up on some 50s. Blue Army is just super invigorating for me to listen and play to.

I used to play Blue Army like crazy when I was a D2 player haha. Now I get too frustrated because I know I can AAA but always screw up somewhere due to the length of it.

Just played Blue Army, invigorating indeed. It was fun, good practice for streaming (I AAAd all the jumps as always :P). I got close to your score except I got a miss between two big combos. I'll see if I can catch up sometime :P thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah same here, I was playing songs mainly in there 40's-50's but not so much anything higher. When it comes to level 60+ songs I do really bad most of the time, so I try to avoid them as much as possible. Tarrik has me playing them now though and its frustrating as hell, I actually got angry and swore at the game for the first time lol But I am noticing little improvements already so that's always a good thing .-. The worst is playing high level songs and having them as your weaknesses (for me jump stream/jacks/trills) But practice makes perfect so I'll put up with it :|

Yeah, I tried Fire several times today, mirror and non-mirror, consecutively and with breaks, and it just kept getting worse. Getting a BF again on the first or second try of the day was fairly easy, and I can AAA it if I get enough chances to play.

Well I set my autofail to 5 G's and got another clean 4. A step in the right direction perhaps?

First try on Fire today was a blackflag yet again, this time on the little orange trill somehow. Bleh. I'll get it eventually.

Didn't take too long to AAA D2 song, sightread blackflag D1 and AAA on 2nd play. Just hoping I can make it to round 4 again in D2 *gulp*

I kept dumping around 10 or so random goods on d2 song until I started fiddling with offset, feels very poorly stepped to me for some reason. Apparently only in my head ^.^

I think it was stepped great, but the sync is off. But im glad Im not the only one who thinks this. It's off by only like 2 frames or something, but its enough right?

I mainly mean the off-sync feel I get, yeah, but playing 30 or so games with totally random goods at any time made me sort of hate the entire file. :P

AJ checked the sync on all the files, there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. Plus Silvuh himself is like a sync master.

Edit: Just gave it a play and it plays fine on my end, but this is why we have offsets now. Seems sync can be different for people.
