Trust me, people whine TOO much when there are people that are borderline in their division. This is to make it more fair. The only really affected is division 4; their skill ranges A LOT.

if its 6 divisions i might try D3... depends on if i can get the littlest skill boost. vista is retarded and VERY inconsistent so its hard to get a good score twice

In the sign ups it says I'm in D4. But in the actual divisions I'm in D5. Which one is it?
