There will be no late penalties for round 3.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I will not be able to host this tournament any longer. I will not go into detail about the issues I have at hand. I will be sending all donations back to those who had sent me them, and I am sorry for wasting your time. My life has become a mess with family issues over christmas and personal issues that all need to be dealt with before I can host a full on tournament. My apologies.
