As far as my understand goes it's like this.

The song authoring would be Yuyoyuppe (Ft. Meramipop) similar to how vocaloid tracks are listed as Song Author (Ft. Vocaloid used) to show the guest vocalist. It's labeled this way on the album, and so are the vocaloid tracks. Also to mention, Yuyoyuppe writes most of the music and the lyrics, and then produces it himself. All of the works I've obtained are always labeled with Yuyoyuppe Feat. Vocaloid / Singer.

Also, take if we stepped anything off of Protest The Hero's new album as an example. We don't need to get the permission of the drummer from Lamb of God (in case you are unaware of this Chris Adler played the drums for this album. Fun music fact for you.) Despite the fact he was not apart of the band officially and just gusting the drums due the departure of their old drummer. Or another example, take a song in game already, The Divine Suicide of K. The guest Vocalist for this song being Jadea Kelly.

Ergo we have permission for it technically.

However, the song is part of a game called Sound Vortex and as far as I know, isn't on an album. However, the Nyan Cat theme from DaniwelP (Ft. Hatsune Miku) is also in the game yet we have the ability to use it.

The TLDR is, my best thought despite how much fun I think the file is and my love of the song, we probably shouldn't use it just out of safety's sake of not having Konami see it and be like "wtf."

I'm
Story of Hope
For A Sick Boy
DEAR
Solitude Freak
Planetary Suicide
Wall in the presence
Misericordia (SAVE FOR TRACK 3 ADA YUME AS IT IS DONE BY ←P.)
Collapse Of The Sky

All of these albums are released via his circle "Draw The Emotional" which is ran by himself and meola (whom does all the animating for the music, such as Pallette.)

However, the safest albums are the bolded ones, as those ones are listed on the site in which I got a hold of him through. (Bear in mind this site is not updated frequently.)

I also hadn't really done my reading on his side works, but he also uses aliases known as "DJ'TEKINA" and "SOMETHING." I did not ask for permission for those, so I wouldn't chart anything from this.

However, if any of those "!" ratings are for "The Last 8 Bars" know that is off Story of Hope, which is a guaranteed safe album. So you need to judge it. I have a physical copy of that one and can show you this.

I'll be getting a message translated and sent right away to check if he will give me a list of his work so there are no more questions as to what is and isn't fair game. In the meantime, I'd actually recommend disabling the level of "Shade" for the sake of the site. I'd rather not get the site in trouble because despite what some misguided fucks think, I actually love the game.

I'll be getting back to you all. I also apologize for not having thought about getting an official list in advanced. That is my mistake. I also think if someone could contact Gundam Dude, he may know a lot more about this. Hell Jimerax might be able to find more information than I can.

Edit: Also before anyone asks how much I've been looking this up recently, I've spent maybe 3 hours or so a night the past 4 nights. I've asked for some help on Reddit from some users who know more than even I do. I've also just asked for a translation of a request for an official list. So I should be able to send it off in a few days at the latest. It's kinda been bugging me because I've been working on more songs, specifically off of Collapse of the Sky (Shade's album of origin) and I've debating stepping other songs as well.

These finals I'm having are crucial to continue my studies in physics and I really haven't been doing anything else than studying for 3 weeks straight. I've told bmah about the issue back on november 27. I knew I would've been late. That's the reason I wanted the deadline to be changed to December 20th instead of December 15th.

Of course since Dossar is finished and we hit the final day, the deadline has been posted so that shit hits the fan again and we all look like dumbasses who can't take responsibilities seriously, but I want you all to know, from the bottom of my heart, that this was a known issue all along and that, for once, I encourage you all to accept the delays you've expected.

I'm on my way to the train, where it'll take me to my Electromagnetism II final exam at 13:30. I have been reading the same hundred pages for 3 days in a row, and nothing has been accomplished. I really don't know what'll happen. So please. batch notes where: you know where now.
