I watched one of your replays and saw you played a song with a 0.9-frame judge offset, I could never AAA something with that much judge offset. Maybe subtract your judge offset from your global offset to get a new global offset, and set your judge offset to zero? Everything started to feel right once I figured out that global offset and judge offset weren't doing the same thing. Apologies if you've already dialed this in and your system just needs a big judge offset.

It didn't hit me til just now how much I have shot at winning my division. Im not in the clear quite yet but it's motivating to know that I have a decent shot.

Loshaxi's super fun but also super awkward at times; definitely good speed/control training. >: )

The only issue is jacks, my finger isn't accustomed to speed, but I've been practicing fast songs the past few days, i barely scraped by the last round >w<
(My injured finger keeps trying to play XD)
I may end up backing out of the tournament, not sure yet.. I'll see if I can improve my score, if not, I'll call this a pretty good first tournament and bow out. :3
Thanks so much dan~

I loled at my pc when I saw the post. I think you are right at the same time even my computer indeed totally sucked when it comes to offset and judge offset - hm, how to say this is, It is when everything is zero, you see with your eyes that the arrow hits amazing above the receptor arrows, and the song is so offset that I can hear it, at least half a beat off...

Both the offset and the judge offset was terrible to tune at the start. However I at the same time increased the judge for faster arrow hits hoping for a few more perfects. It might have affected performance, but my terrible key aiming at fast notes is what killed the whole song. Or maybe sometimes I don't know what is the real factor lol, or maybe a large portion of both factor -_-

I might try get 0.2 off the judge offset and increase 0.2 to the song offset, and see if it works better.

this song is pretty brutal due to all the weird patterns (d3) which I easily can misread, didn't think i would improve my initial score, but hobbyist forced me to >:] (really interested how the last few rounds will turn out)

Truth (xKore) is prolly one of the funnest mid-60's out there, I strongly urge you to give it a play every now and then even after the tournament's over cuz it's got so many different patterns to practice. It took me ages to get myself because of the 1 2 1 2 1 2 1 with the purple notes in the middle of the breakdown.

While you're at it, if you're still gonna try to get the tourney song, I'd recommend playing some other songs around its difficulty level to see if there's somethin similar to Truth that you can try that may have slightly different patterns. The mid-60's is the best place to do that since there's just so many songs so experiment if you're up to it. : P

For some reason, I'm just really bad at Automata. I think I must struggle with patterns where the rhythm goes all over the place. It's pretty common to see with dubstep and garage and I haven't had too much trouble with those songs to date, but I guess adding jackhammers and jumpstreams into the mix just makes it tough for me to learn it or sight read.

I mean, you've only played it 48 times :P I played a song over 900 times for an OT score once XD

frfr I'm both excited and scared for what this next round's gonna be. Didn't think I'd get to here what with Small Journey being a thing so I sense this is where I make my leave, but all the same this has been super fun and has given me somethin to look forward to during all this wack stuff so thanks for this, Kayla : P

Being called a casual gives you all the strength you need to not become a casual, it works every time I promise
