lmao yeah I'm sure it is! that's an insane amount of volume for burgers in four hours!
Don't think the restaurant gets slow though, it's just me and one other chef atm and our service is 4-5 hours (5pm-9pm most days, 5-10pm on weekend) long, so most Fridays get so busy in those 5 hours that I don't even have space on the rack for all the tickets coming in. I'd say $3500+ on average Fridays, with some pretty insane rushes lmao. It's intense though lol I've never done anything quite like it before.
