So, returning to FFR after playing SM, I have forgotten how to combo... lol. I get half the number of misses I got before, but half the combo. X.x I'm so used to combos not mattering, that I usually skip a note whenever I get off on timing.

Oh well. I'll just play FFR for a week and I'll be able to combo again.

FFR lost its excitement for me, after I started stepping songs for Stepmania. I've played about three games on FFR in the last month, but probably a thousand on SM.

After playing SM on C750 at 60 FPS, FFR looks like arrows jerking across the screen at painstakingly slow speeds. If anything, there needs to be a 2.25x or 2.50x speedmod for FFR. The arrows should jerk quickly across the screen, so I don't have to look at their unsmooth jumping forms for *gasp* more than a second. e_e

But, I guess I'm going to slowly improve my reading speed until I can go at C900 and play 3.0x, though I have the feeling that it's going to make my PA turn into AvA.

I see it now: 9 Perfect, 250 Good, 643 Average. SINGLE DIGIT PERFECT, WOO HOO!

I stepped Raiden II Level 5 weeks ago.

Edit: Okay, I did it.

Okay, I decided to step Raiden II Level 7 by AKHT. And I did it... with the wrong BPM.

SO after correcting the BPM, I found out that the entire song was 4th/8th stream (not 8th/16th/8th/32nd/234812th). WOO. Easy stepping. Anyways, I have beginner, light, and standard done; just working on heavy. I don't like the start for the heavy steps, though. I layered on arrows to a really soft background beat and now I think it's overstepped. The sounds are all there, but the background is drowned out by the foreground music, and I can't turn the foreground into jumpstream. Too many hands. I might end up creating holds, but they make everything more complicated. =X

I should be done with the files tomorrow (good or bad), then I have to come up with a background. I just need to play up to level 7 on Raiden II and get several screenshots, then montage an 8 bit background together. WHER IZ FREEPLAY BUTTUN!?1

Okay, I just did an hour of endless on StepMania. I was reading "MARVELOUS!!!" as "MARVELOLISM" by the end.
