Going straight to level 42 is very good for just starting, especially if you did not have much 4key experience before. I think it took me about half a year or so to get to level 42 starting out.

If you want to update your rank, put your mouse over the menu item under the header that says "Leaderboards" and then click on "Update My Ranks". That will update your ranking stats.
