I currently have a sad 2 Tier Points. I've been focused more on AAA's lately. I'm going to go try for some more Tier Points right now.

I see you have all the tokens, plus a small collection of Skill Tokens as well. You'd be able to get around 45-50 skill tokens if you tried

Check your Level Ranks page, so it will update on your profile. It helps to see which songs you haven't played also.

You need to sign up for some tournaments man, and if you don't know about Tier Points yet, try getting some because they basically define who's the best.
