well there are many things that might cause the arrow thing to happen.
first go to the settings menu in the flash game menu.
then,
check to see if your offset is an actual number (usually 0)
check to see if your speed mod isn't some strange decimal. if it's something like, say, 1.521, it might not register, and no notes would come up.
if those don't work, try clearing cache and trying again.
