lol |  | I use a combination of wrist and finger joint motion, the majority of which is from my wrists.
In general, as the jack speed (as well as quantity) increases (say like Cruel Whole), I tend to use more up-down wrist motion and, as I reach a certain speed, be in a tenser state.
For minijacks (like Kasta) and slower jacks (e.g. Hardware Store), the motion decreases, but not by too much, and I am slightly more relaxed.
