Vertex Beta is VC?

I believe it should not be a very challenging and it should be a FMO song. The notes are too fast to be a vc and its long too. Who here would agree for it to be either a vc or a fmo song or something else.

and, this has been brought up a bunch of times. it isn't changing. it's been argued and the supreme court has ruled in favor of VC. precedent has been set.
