Okay, I know this is coming late, but I really haven't had much time to work on this properly. Still, I'm finally putting up awards and copying most of it from the 2006 edition. Don't expect anything epic here. I'm giving you the results since I know some of you are still whining about it. Blame UIUC and my bad mood.

fido takes this year's top spot with 22 votes, doubling those of our runners-up. fido has been a steady dumbass for several months now, and if you look back at the nominations thread, both the examples that are laid out and his posts in that very thread prove that he truly deserves this position. He even LOOKS like he deserves the award, if you look back at the pictures. Congrats, fido. You're a legend, joining sente3 and xxH03xx for this not-so-coveted award. Enjoy your humiliating new distinction. My heart goes out to you.

deltro and madmatt have tied for the runner-up position, each with 11 votes. I know that there's going to be a lot of complaints about this one, and I have to agree that madmatt is probably more deserving of this spot than deltro is. However, look to your fellow members, especially those who couldn't follow directions when I blatantly turned a blind eye to cheating under only one condition.
Ahhhh, deltro. This contest knows you all too well. You were nominated, accepted, and receieved only one vote back in 2005. However, you've jumped ahead and now take a runner-up position only two years later. deltro has definitely secured a reputation for steady idiocy. He isn't so much a dumbass much more than he's oblivious to the fact that he's ridiculously annoying and still doesn't know how to post properly after two years. Oh, wait, that's the same thing. We don't care about your WoW screenshots and half the time we don't know what the hell you're aiming for when you make a thread. Great job. I never thought anybody could do something so incredible as find themselves here two years later. I'm amazed. Congrats on actually being exempt from the contest from now on. You don't have to worry about that anymore.
Oh, and madmatt... or should I say, britishbmx? You definitely deserve this. You're dumb. Plain and simple. Proven with britishbmx, proven here. And the fact that you try so hard not to be dumb makes it even worse. I don't know why your newest name hasn't been banned yet. I also don't know why you still can't post a picture of yourself. I also don't know why I even care so much to keep saying stuff about you.

And that's about it for DotY 2007. Thanks again to everybody for participating and putting the effort into this. We had ONE LESS FINAL VOTE from last year, which is good news. It seems we've leveled out on activity. It probably would've been better had I been more "on the ball", so to speak, but it still didn't turn out too bad.
