very happy with that game...while the cost was high as I expected (175$ for everything)
its worth it..I think :P...any one else play?
btw I got version 10...and im addicted...

How much was the game and controller, because whenever i bought mine it was
100$ 50 for the controller and 50 for popn music 9 + popn music 10.

and for me..the game and controller were bundled together from a dude on Ebay...I got ancy and didn't wanna wait for playasia.com to get controllers in stock...

Not really worth playing without an ASC, in my opinion. I had an ASC for about a month because my friend let me borrow it, and it was amazing. Now I can't go back to playing with a mini controller, sadly. I need to get an ASC.

10, 12, and 13 are the best Pop'ns.

Dude, 12 has tons of cool stuff. Happy Cutecore, Flowbeat, Hip Rock 3, Ryusei Rave, Ninja Heroine, and, of course, OOSANBASHI.

13, of course, rules all others. 14 is kinda lame...

Don't get 9. If anything, you should've started out with 8 because it's the easiest of the Pop'n to get into and has the most diverse songlist of all the Pop'n up to Carnival.

Ah I hate when people complain about pop'n not being worth playing without an ASC.
But to me I didn't exactly wanna spend an extra 200$+ on a CONTROLLER for a game I have yet to have played at the moment ^_^
Yes I want one, but I came to the conclusion that:
"Pop'n is not worth playing on a Minicon IF you've played on an ASC or at the arcade."

ASC or not. Once I get my dibs on modding the PS2, I will got my free will to play Pop'n Music Carnival! <3 Yesh. I only have Carnival. But it's worth it, since I never have a foregin game before..
