video chat says my password/username is wrong

ok so i just tryed to log into videochat but when i entered my username and password is said it was wrong. now before anyone says anything i made sure i had caps-lock off and made sure my pass and user were correct. i even changed my password but it still didnt work

and you're sure you put the _ in between crystal and soul?

You have to use your original password when the chatroom was created.

I talked to LD awhile ago about this. The database is partially attached to the user database, but apparently doesn't get updates on password changes.

Hopefully you remember either your original pass or the one when the chat was created.
