Heres the rule I was apparently banned for, going by what Ravenhexa said

No sexually inappropriate behavior
(Such as asking someone to flash, flashing, cybering, or anything that can be thought of as sexual harrassment)

Alright, reason I was banned: A girl showed me her panties

Details: We were talking in a distant room far from others, with an apparent spy among us :P.... She asked me if I wanted to to see her underwear because they were "cute" and from Victoria Secret. So, there is no sexual harrassment involved there, no flashing, no request to flash, no cybering, and the last time I knew, underwear wasn't sexual, it's clothing, that's like banning guys without a shirt on cam, or in their boxers, which is the EXACT same thing as a girl in her underwear, but if whoever reads this still feels that this rule,

Still applies to the situation, then I guess i'll just have wait out my 3-4 weeks ban time for seeing someones underwear =/

And i'm pretty sure I was banned on the assumption of trying to get her to strip on cam, which wasn't going on.

Guilty due to being dodgy clearly going into a distant room far from others shows that you guys had something to hide.

Wearing underwear at the time of what? The ban? lmao.. No... She was clothed 99.9% of the time... We were in a different room because of the spam that was going on in the the main room. During the convo we were having, she happened to say " I got these really cute panties from Victoria Secret the other day, i'll show you in a sec " and I said, okay...It wasn't going any further then her standing infront of her cam for 3 seconds showing off her underwear, and btw, I can't count how many times theres 3 admins in the chat and a bunch of guys on cam in their boxers, where you can clearly see their boxers, and nothing happens to them =/..Didn't think underwear was sexual... I guess in the mind of virgins/extreme christains, it is.. =/

and which by some it’s consider a sexual remark, why didn’t you think that it will get you in trouble?

Ok being that you were in another room because of the “Spam”, not that I consider branching out in to other rooms a bad thing but with the girl who showed you the cute lingerie doesn’t it conjure any suspicion?

I do believe that some part of your punishment was exaggerated yet the question is being in the mind of a pair or teenagers who are enforcing the law didn’t you think this teenagers wouldn’t over react?

Summing up all the information I gotten from what you have brought up to public, I do believe I must ask what were you thinking. Not that I approve of this type of action but if you’re going to do things that will get you in trouble I would suggest sticking to your Instant messengers program, that way the only one that can really tell you “no, that is bad sir.” is the FBI or you conscious.

i thought most of the mods were adults like shash is like 19 i think tass is 22, synth's 32, specs is 22,raven's like 17-18, haeden's 16, LD's unknown, kits unknown, jewps unknown,and jason is also unknown but im not exactly sure

the first three people you mention never visit the chat, or rarely do. Most of the mods that DO actually hang out in the chat regularly are NOT older than 19; hence teenagers.
