What do you do in resonance? where does it show your ranks for those songs...does that have anything to do with the internet ranking thing....is resonance the same as simfiles....I dont know? Im so lost on all of this...can someone at least point me in the right direction of where i can read up on what to do or someone just tell me...k thanks!

HOW TO PLAY:

Click on the colourful boxes with '1' '2' '3' '4' or '5' in them.

Yeah.

Make sure the flash applet is selected so it will register your keytaps, then hit da arrows when they line up.

If you're used to playing spread, you can't rebind keytaps on Resonance yet but you can do a pseudospread by turning numlock off then doing L-D with your left hand on the arrows and 8-6 on the numpad with your right.

Also, up in the url; the part that says speed1=3 (or something like that)...the 3 is your speed mod (which would be 3x the song's bpm) so if it's too slow raise the number, if it's too fast lower it.

no, Resonance is a totally new engine. Not an older brother so much, more like a cousin.

Also, we should have a FAQ on Resonance soon too from what I am hearing.
