Have you tried clearing your cache, relogging in and completely reloading FFR?

actually there are ways to do that ... hit the chat button on the menu twice rather than going right in with the link below the first time.

if this is the first time its happened to you, it may be the same thing that happened to me.
im guessing you went to your bookmarks, tried to go straight into ffr chat, and, just like me, saw what you THOUGHT was the main page so you clicked on 'ffr chat' and ended up with a second link bar at the top?
yea i got 4 of those things before i figured out what the hell was going on
