3 minutes and another reply? A little hasty there.
A 'time change' is when the BPM changes.

Stop double posting after only four minutes. This isn't a chat room, we don't all have to reply straight away.
You can't play songs with time changes on resonance, you need to play it on stepmania.

The simfile probably hasn't been converted yet, and like LD said, simfiles with "Time Change" isn't supported by the engine yet.

Basically, a "Time Change" occurs if the songs speed up, slows down, or even stops while your playing it, like in many of the Max songs. If you played Resonance right now with a song that has Time Change, it would odviously lose its sync to the song since the arrows would NOT be stopping, speeding up, or slowing down where they should be. It took a long time for the PSP version of StepMania to have this feature supported, so its easy for me to see why Resonance will too.

I'll explain it nicely, unlike other people.
Time changes are places in certain songs when the tempo changes. Even the smallest change will cause a time change.
Many MAX songs (MAX 300; Paranoia Survivor MAX; MAX Forever; etc), and others (Ska A Go Go; Absolute, Sakura) have time changes.
It also occurs when the tempo is reduced to zero, and then reverts to the original or something else.

Yeah, like VerTex, VerTex^2, Bloodrush, Healing Vision, Energizer, Wild Rush, A, Don't Promise Me -Happiness-, Kagami, Fascination Maxx, Tension, Maxx unlimited, Paranoia Survivor, My Favourite Game, Hardcore of the North, Hand of Time, etc. all have time changes. Disconnected -Hyper-, Chaos, Ecstasy, Pac-Man theme(remix), The Whistle song, Telephone Operator, etc. all have time changes when the tempo's reduced to zero.
