Just browsing through the simfiles a couple minutes ago, and:

Is this a Resonance error or does this stepfile not have any difficulties in its SM file?

I'm thinking it's a file with only the edit difficulity which doesn't seem to be implemented yet.

It's because it's Simple and Clean. The FFR Server is doing you a favor by not allowing you to accidetally play it.

I downloaded to see, and it's an SMZIP with only Edit in the SM file, so that must be why.
