how do i play the ffr resonance thing?

I don't know how to play it...
Can somebody please tell me?

1) Go to the FFR Simfile Warehouse.
2) View any simfile that you want to play.
3) In the Simfile Info, go down to Play Now!, and click the numbers. Light Blue represents for Beginner, Yellow/Orange represents for Light, Purple represents for Standard, Green represents for Heavy, and Dark Blue represents for Challenge.
4) After clicking the difficulty you wanted, you will be brought to Resonance. Use the Arrow Keys to play.
5) And BTW, FFR Resonance is mainly for testing a simfile before downloading it and playing it on SM.
