Despite the fact that I was totally polite asking to be let out quite a few members took their bias upon me and decided to insult me.

You really did not expect me to suck up to you to be let out right?

So really when you think about it if you insult users you should really expect them to try and defend themselves.

Considering you have not even tried to get my point across and have got to that decision over a simple scentence is pretty pathetic.

Also the fact that alot of newbies have also disrespected staff and been able to come back shows that it is moreso to bias about me then the usual user.

And just to strenthen my case here are the rules writen by you and the one you accuse me of.

Imitating staff, disrespecting/harassing staff members.

Claiming to be staff, or creating a username copying a staff member is not allowed. Neither is flaming/harassing/disrespecting staff.

Actions that will be taken (for disrespecting staff):
1: Verbal warning / Kick
2: Temporary ban
3: Permanent ban
Imitation of staff is an automatic permanent ban.

Right considering I have disrespected a staff member. I have not been verbally warned of this and kicked. I have also not even hit the 2nd rule break and have not been told I have. So either way even following your rules I am on a verbal warning or a temp ban.

The rules were updated 4 months ago which was still the time of the new chat so they still stand.

Either way one does not simply skip a temp ban or a verbal warning that easily

You know Blitz. I was the one that DPed you in the first place, and I can honestly say that you were past arguementative. I warned you more than once. I just took all the actions at once.

You are saying that we are wrong, and you are still fighting us. Even after being banned you are fighting us, saying we are wrong. That is not the fact.

The fact is that I asked you VERY nicely, the only thing is that I was firm in, was stopping you from doing what you were.

I have a feeling that it has gone past that "rule break" Because you asked me to stop talking about a sexual topic firmly. There was not a hint of kindness in the words and kicked me aswell.

When I tried to argue my point that people hardly kicked for such a thing and that talking about sex still goes within the 13+ rule. As such things can be said on teen movies too.

You then asked your two sources who agreed with you. Without much confirmation if they were joking or not. A few others also said you were a bit too strict.
Infact mickey herself then said I was only playing about on the topic and something about it was a joke.
You then decided to say and I quote "Well this is my joke then" and you DP'd me when I had stopped arguing quite a while ago which was a shock. You then hastely left without me being able to talk to you about it.

The reason I got banned was infact for spamming channels with lyrics when I was trying to get the mods and admins which I am sure are the people who deal with such things. First time I asked nicely two mods decided to try gang up on me despite the fact I was being polite to them. They then decided to try take little insults at me which of course I retaliated with my own words after pleeding them to stop.
A admin came in I tried to ask for it's attention and he decided to instead threaten me by saying that I was spamming channels and would ban me.
I was quite for a while. Waited for another admin who told me that I would have to be nice and suck up to them and I might be allowed out.

Of course I did not want to suck up to anyone and declined. they then decided to tell me that it was all suddenly under their control despite the fact they had just came in and didn't even know the reason I was there. Apparently now the rules state that the only person who can deal with dp'd people are the dper (which is terrible because you will never know when they come back) Or a certian admin. It was then immediatly case closed after their decision kind of like what happened a few posts up.

I then decided to fight my bordem and the tune that plays by typing out lyrics which jason then perm banned me for.

There seems to be an extreme confusion from all of you on what exactly I was banned for. And ultimatly it was because I lyriced on channels.
Due to the fact that either way you skipped both punishment 1 and punishment 2 and skipped right to the perm ban shows that it is more of a bias on personal opinions.

P.S raven you are extremely rude and considering the fact that we have an absolute hate hate relationship. I refuse to count a decision made from you.

This is pretty much the trump card of the rules. When there really is no reason to ban. Considering people have flashed and been in the exact same situation. It is simply not reasonable.

What you should be quick to learn is that no matter what situation you are in, it would benefit you to earn the favor of authority. If you make the mods dislike you, then it's going to take a lot less to get you kicked out then if you're liked by the mods. That's the way that it goes.

You should also be quick to learn is that when it comes to matters like this, the best thing to do is accept your punishment, wait a while, prove to the mods that you're mature enough to return to the chat, and they'll probably let you back in. But you aren't helping your case right now.

If it was a temp ban then yeah sure ok but this is a perm ban. I am pretty sure they would rather forget about me instead.

It's pretty much an all or nothing case. If I don't ask nothing will happen, If I do then I may have a better chance.

I really don't try to make staff hate me the staff tend to work with a mindshift of one where if one person hates you the rest usually mysteriously do too. Considering the staff is made up of a bunch of friends nobody will question anybody else.

I'm trying to help your case. I'm telling you exactly what to do if you want to regain favor. I know a hell of a lot more than you do in this case. I've never seen someone get banned for not listening to the mods, then create a thread asking to be unbanned, and when the mods say "no," continue to not listen to the mods, and the mods go "well fine" and unban you. never seen it happen.

if you want to get back in the chat i'd strongly advise you to take my advice. otherwise, you can keep digging that hole deeper for yourself, it makes no difference to me.

Even those who have earned my trust in-chat are not above others and will be kicked if they deserve to be kicked: No special treatment. Getting on a mod/admin's good or bad side doesn't make you more or less liable to the rules; if the people who are on my good side gain anything it would have to be both my respect and friendship.
