Since the Resonance Database came up I can't download any files. When I open them with winzip 10, it says that the file is not valid and to try to download it again. Is it only happening to me??

Is it a .rar file maybe? Cause if I recall winZip can't extract .rar's.

I can assure you that at least Afrobean's X-Men zip works. That was the first one I've tried and it works when I tried it, and it definately works again now that I've redownloaded it.
Tested with WinRAR 3.60 Beta 4.

This seems to be a problem. Checking into it.

winrar is not a solution, it's a workaround.

That's not very specific at all. Say what file you tried to download and exactly what the error message says, and when you got the message (i.e. when downloading, or extracting/unzipping, etc.)

In most of Jasonrpg's file (is that his name??) I get a invilid file or a file that "has nothing" this has happened with some of Kevin18's sims.

I heard that all simfiles made before a certain date got corrupted for some reason, it might have something to do with it

It could have something to do with this:
One of the core routers at the Datacenter we use inside the Chicago Board of Trade building went up in smoke today. While they work over the weekend to replace it and get everything back up to speed, you may notice slowdowns or interruptions in downloads. They have assured us that this situation will be taken care of as soon as possible.
Because of this, my downloads take forever (and other people's), and end up stopping halfway through. This is probably what causes that "unexpected end of archive" error. The file itself never finishes downloading, and instead stops with only part of a file, and gets an error when you try to extract it.
