New database play causing lag?

I seem to be lagging on the site quite a bit more than usual. Although it could just be my connection. Just the past hour or so; small sample size.

Help me out here. Can you explain where you get the lag and exactly what it is doing? or how long the lag is? I need as much information as possible.

and lag = site responsiveness correct?

It seems to have disappeared.

But for example when refreshing the forums I'd get the page cannot be found error.
