"It’s a completely new engine. It has nothing to do with R2 besides the skin.. Speed mods are available in the URL of the level you load. Look for Speed1=3. 3 = 1x, 6 = 2x. etc..etc."
So when you load FFR Resonance, look up at your URL bar and you'll see a bit of coding that says "Speed1=3." Change that and you SHOULD be able to change the scroll rate of the song you are about to play. Remember to do this BEFORE you load the song or it will refuse you access once the song is in motion.
