Connecting error

hey guys, first post but im having a major problem with the chat. Every time i try to get on it it just says connecting... and never goes anywhere, i know im already logged in because it gives me the log in message when im not, does anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it?

i saw it was upgraded to .829 im trying to log in right now, but so far it still wont go beyond the Connecting... screen. I know it used to work for me, because i logged in when the video chat was first created in the new format. I hope the patch fixes it, but so far as i can tell it hasnt helped my problem

hmm, Culio .. are you behind a firewall or trying to get in somewhere other than from home?

i've had problems running programs from behind my norton internet security, since i am not the supervisor for the program, but never a problem with internet sites, maybe it is trying to block me for some reason, i will see if i can get it disabled and will try again, thx for the help.
