Ignore all other features or other things in the works for SIU and get colored notes in there. It would be a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUEG help.

That kinda throws things off for doubles though :-\

How?

Just make doubles be the same and not have a dominant arc in a double. Make them equal.

I suggested this the first day, Synth replied "In the works". Thread was called "Note"

I know. Notice that it's not a current feature though? I simply say that should be the next thing added, in place of new features or even new songs.

It would be very hard to tell when a double was coming at you though...

How? I'd think it would be easier.

If we have colors to tell us where the arc falls in beat, we will be able to see the double and think to ourselves "Oh look, two arcs coming up at about the same time and are the same color... it must be a double."

What happens when you play harder songs, such as Power Rangers. I wouldn't be able to tell a double from a trill in there at all.

They're on different beats, therefore, they'd be a different color.

There is confusion here.. AMBX, there are no doubles currently besides MoonBeam

Afro, the possibility is there.. I am testing it.

Cheers,

How about you add the basic colors in (red blue yellow) and for doubles just make the color a lot darker, although the place that you need the paddle will still be confusing I guess.

Maybe you could make a completely different color for doubles but later on that would start to throw people off.

This was what I was wanting the most too. Everything being pink just makes it so damn hard to tell which is the next beat once any song gets going into a run.

I dont even know how to hit doubles ><

Strange, I can read the curves just fine. To hit a double note, simply hold 'x' and bring the brighter cursor to the brighter curve. Someone also mentioned that you can have a full circle by holding down 'z' 'x' and 'c' at the same time. I have yet to try it out.

I find that I have to be incredibly focused on the game to read them fine, and if I mess up once I mess up a lot, but as you play the song more you tend to figure out the patterns pretty much like in FFR. "z" "x" and "c" works btw, although I'm sure everyone knew it before...
