I think that anyone with less than a 500 post count are not allowed to post in this forum area. Noobs are flooding the forums and they already attacked here. They are limited, but not restricted to these things:
1. The rules of laughsitup2005's other sticky.
2. Creating a thread that is not based upon SpinItUp.
3. As a community, we need to make sure that the last place of FFR forums is not flooded by noobs. We need to save this new home of ours from those evil posters.
4. Noobs are obliged to not even come in this forum area without a proper purpose.
5. Preserving thread space for this new area is vital to the community. Read other threads to make sure that your thought does belong with somone elses thread.

This is a really bad idea. Just because someone doesn't have a lot of posts, doesn't mean we should block them out of the forum. They might have good suggestions for the game. There are members that have been here 2+ years that have under 500 posts - why would it make sense to not allow them to discuss Spin it up?
I also don't understand why you think this forum is being "flooded" with newbies. There is only ONE post that didn't belong here.
We need to save this new home of ours from those evil posters. Wow. Dude it's a forum. If someone posts a topic that doesn't belong here a mod can just move it.

Um
What
The purpose of this forum is to get feedback about this new game. To limit feedback to only forum regulars would be a big kick in the pants in terms of development. We want feedback from EVERYONE if we want this game to be all that it can be.

We need feedback from everyone and we need moderators to do their job correctly in this area. That is basically all there is to it.
Cheers,

Ya, I really did think that since there is enough problems with some of the other forums, I could try and stop it here before it even starts. I think you know that I was only trying to help.

We want feedback from all users of FFR. Otherwise we would not have opened a forum regarding it.
Useless feedback would naturally be moderated as normal .. and thanks for the help FishFish ;)
