Well.. I do the video chat sign in.. And then when its on the loading it sticks at like || loading done.. It never goes up.. Help please.

Try clearing your cache. Then attempt to go in again.

I'm not quiet the computer person.. What does cache mean, haha.

For internet explorer: Tools > Options > Clear cookies/history/anything else, just clear it all.

For Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data > Clear most of it (I usually keep passwords).

Keep refreshing till it works?

Does same thing to me on ocasion, *or use-to* and a quick refresh fixed it usualy.

Can you also give us the browser name and the version of flash you have?

Load a flash app and try and right click on in .. it will tell you the version number there.

Also, it could be a firewall issue as some ports may be blocked .. does the initial loading page where you type in the user and pass say "Connected" anywhere?

when the chat prompts you to login .. does it say there at the login "Connected" anywhere?

Oh yes it does, It says.. "Connected. Pls Typ your username & password!"
