This is going to be a multi-use thread. If you would like to report some one from breaking the rules but don't know the contacts of any moderators/admins, post it here (Please do NOT post any screenshots of flashes. Those are STRICTLY for moderators or admins, so just wait for one to sign on or try harded to come within contact with one). For example, you can post a screen shot of some one ASKING to be flashed, but no ACTUAL flashing. Infact, unless the camera is why the screen shot is appealing in the first place, then just don't watch anybody when taking a screenshot.

The other use is to post screen shots of funny stuff people say in there and what-not. If you think it's interesting, go ahead and post it. But be warned; If you took the screen shot because you thought something you said was funny, then don't post it because it most likely isn't funny to anybody else. Just FYI.
