Whenever I go to the chat, this box just comes up saying it's loading, but nothing happens. Any suggestions of what I can do? I haven't ever gotten into the new chat yet. Thanks.

What browser are you using?
In Sleipnir (Japanese browser), it usually takes a while to load, but it does. Firefox loads it the fastest, but I get these huge lag spikes whenever I use Firefox in the chat.

Silver,
Quick question for you .. could you tell us more about your setup? Browser version, flash version .. that way we can take a look?
Mindfields, we are still seeing spikes as of yesterday? We have made yet again some more changes that should have reduced that.

I haven't accessed the chat on Firefox in atleast a week, but it only happens significantly on Firefox. All other browsers are fine.

I'v been having problems loggin into chat in the last few days from fire fox. Yesterday it just went to a grey window with the panel across the top with the links to the rest of the site. Then today i could log in but the room didn't load properly, i could only see what people were writing, the user list and stuff didn't come up.
Not sure if i have messed up my firefox by deleting something i shouldn't have, did clean out my computer a bit the other day, but sounds similar to what was being described here.

Ugh, I'm so stupid when it comes to stuff like this...
I used to run Firefox, but it got deleted so, I think this is MSN, and I think I have flash player 7...? Hope that helps. =/

ok .. sorry for the delay in updating this ..
we have done an update since then .. are we seeing a bit better behavior?
Also, look towards installing Flash 8 guys .. as Flash 9 is due out this summer .. and likely we will stop supporting Flash 7 soon ;)

Yesterday I got a blank box. No username/password boxes. I just refreshed the page and they were there.
