.818 Build

We are going to start listing changes as we implement so we can get feedback if anyone notices issues.

.818 adds an admin feature that the admins will notice right away .. admins PM me if you have questions about it ..

also, we updated the map again .. we were seeing a bug for some of you IE +Flash 8 folks that was causing a big ol lag. Hopefully, have that one nailed.

Gimmie feedback as needed about these 2 issues.

More to come hopefully tomorrow and will follow up on some of the discussions we had over the last week.

Yay, we went up one thousandth of a percent!

we are not going to give a full numbered version as easily as we go. 1.0 is going to be by definition pretty special .. as we have an exe to go with this in the future ... so 1.0 will have to have all the functionality in place before we dubb thee official.
