if something like this happens, please take a screenshot, save it as a jpeg (bmp's are HUGE files), host it, and send the link to a mod. they will then take action, should it be appropriate.

to do this:
hit Ctrl + PrtSc (or something similar to this) to capture the SS
open MS Paint (Start, Programs, Accessories, Paint)
hit Ctrl + V to paste the SS
click File --> Save As... then change the file type to JPEG (from BMP) and give it some form of filename that is appropriate
register an account with www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.com if you don't already have a place to host images (they are free)
upload the image to your account on whichever site you choose
send a PM to a chat mod with a link to the SS (or SSs) that show the evidence you which to show.

Because if you don't show evidence OR a mod does not specifically see the issue, chances are no action will be taken.
