These methodologies are still being refined and may see changes as we go forward. However, in a nutshell let me explain how this works for now.
There are 4 Room Colors currently. Greyside, Lightside, Darkside and Greenside. All of which can be seen by look at the map in the bottom left and the large map when clicking on the small map button. Red Dot is where you are. Grey dots of varying size are other users on the map.

The room every user will start out in will always be a Greenside room. Currently, everyone is starting out in the same Greenside room Illumination1. To see the room names, mouse over the small map or click on a room in the Full map.
Greenside Rooms are essentiallly noob rooms. No kicks except by Moderators and Admins.
Greyside Rooms are truely the free for all rooms. Kicks are determined on FFR signup date aka Age. The "older" Users can kick "younger" Users in Greyside rooms.
Darkside Rooms allow ANY Darkside Users to kick ANY Lightside Users looking around. However, and this will change over time .. "Older" Darkside Users can kick "Younger" Darkside users.
Lightside Rooms allow ANY Lightside Users to kick ANY Darkside Users poking about. However, and this will change over time .. "Older" Lightside Users can kick "Younger" Lightside users.
Following up, Cleeques will change this behavior, likely we will change this to Clique .. don't ask ;). Additionally, we are planning on limiting the kicks going forward too.
Also, you can likely guess, as we start distributing items to users, the Darkside and Lightside theming will start to play a more important role.
