He means for challenges, MinionD. Not for Multiplayer.

To get into Multiplayer, simply when you first open your FFR game, click GO underneath the window, that will bring you into the MP lobby.

To send a challenge and complete his request, which is what he is asking for here, click the CHALLENGE button while in FFR's select genre screen, type in his name in the username box, type in an amount to wager on your winnings/losings, and then hit ISSUE CHALLENGE. After this select a song and play.
